Bug Description

Hi,

Data Platform team needs a pgbackrest 2.44 jammy-based backport/ppa package to deliver Charmed PostgreSQL. Lunar provides 2.44 already.

As discussed with Lena Voytek and Mykola Marzhan, it is a backport/PPA request for Jammy-based pgbackrest package.
