pgadmin in 11.10 not compatible with postgresql 9.1

Bug Description

pgadmin in ubuntu 11.10 reports itself not compatible with postgresql 9.1, default version of postgresql in ubuntu 11.10.

Warning:

This version of pgAdmin has only been tested with PostgreSQL version 9.0 and below and may not function correctly with this server. Please upgrade pgAdmin.

yeah this is annoying since ubuntu 11.10 comes with postgresql 9.1 by default, but the pgadmin3 didn't support it. :(

please update the pgadmin3 to the latest v1.14. thanks.
