pgadmin3 crash after open new sql window

Bug Description

Opening new sql_window generate pgadmin3 crash. This is log from .xsession-errors:

(pgadmin3:18489): Gdk-CRITICAL **: 09:29:06.650: The window 0x562df9c6d9c0 already has a drawing context. You cannot call gdk_window_begin_draw_frame() without calling gdk_window_end_draw_frame() first.

(pgadmin3:18489): Gdk-CRITICAL **: 09:29:06.650: gdk_drawing_context_get_cairo_context: assertion 'GDK_IS_DRAWING_CONTEXT (context)' failed

I use Ubuntu 20.04.1 and I confirm this bug too. Same problem here.

The bug did not happen in Ubuntu 19.10 and earlier (Just Ubuntu 20.04 [focal]).
