Bug Description

On a high resolution display, viewing table content in PGAdmin generates lines that to low for the font to display.

While for a column this can be resolved by dragging the column size bar and readjusting all rows, for rows this has to be done individually.

Would be nice if this could be fixed as currently, PGAdmin is useless for database development (even though it is the most powerful tool available).
