Bug Description

After upgrading to postgres 9.4 from 9.3, pgadmin is saying it is not able of connecting to postgres 9.4.

You need pgAdmin 1.20 to connect to a 9.4 PostgreSQL server.

I have same problem.

Ubuntu 14.10 ships with Postgresql 9.4, but pgAdmin 1.18.1 doesn't support it.
It crashes quite often, especially during backup/restore procedures
