Bug Description

The following features of Lockdown Editor (pessulus) should be available for Firefox as well as it is (in Ubuntu) the default and widely used browser.

Disable quit
Disable arbitrary URL
Disable bookmark editing
Disable history
Disable javascript chrome
Disable toolbar editing
Force fullscreen mode
Hide menubar
Disable unsafe protocols

I'm guessing Firefox doesn't use gconf, and pessulus is based on gconf.
