Bug Description

 perl -e "require 'syscall.ph'"
Can't locate asm/unistd.ph in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.10.1 /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.1 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.10 /usr/share/perl/5.10 /usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at /usr/lib/perl/5.10/sys/syscall.ph line 7.
Compilation failed in require at /usr/lib/perl/5.10/syscall.ph line 5.
Compilation failed in require at -e line 1.

Seems to be the same as debian bug 479762

It's different from the debian bug (that was already fixed). I think the problem is the renaming of /usr/include/asm to /usr/include/asm-generic. Not sure what's causing it, but h2ph can be used to build each missing .ph file as a work-around.
