Bug Description

Runnig mandb as root I get the following warning. It would be nice if that could get fixed as mandb is run by cron each night and the warning causes that to send a mail.

mandb: warning: /usr/share/man/man3/DBM_Filter::utf8.3perl.gz: whatis parse for DBM_Filter::utf8(3perl) failed

I no longer see this problem, so I mark it up as fixed.
