Binary package hint: debconf

I was trying to install compiz plugins extra via Ubuntu Software Center, and I got this error, however, USC stayed open and the package was installed.

I'm not sure if this is the same as https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/debconf/+bug/159640 , which was from 7.10 on i386, and I wanted to get apport to upload the crash information.
