fields tries to use Hash::Util

Binary package hint: perl

This is currently in the process of being fixed in Debian Sid. I'm posting here so that it can be tracked in Ubuntu as well. This blocks the creation of a pbuilder chroot for Ubuntu Intrepid and Debian Sid.

When I try to create a pbuilder chroot, it fails to configure libc6
with the following error message:

fields.pm is included in perl-base and Hash/Util.pm is included in
perl. Should perl-base either depend on perl or should Hash::Util be
moved to perl-base?"
