Bug Description

1) Description: Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS
Release: 16.04

2) perl:

3) This error occur with frequency, I'm normally using Ubuntu and the error appear. I don't know what it is and nothing happen after that I ignore the message, the system continues to working.
