Bug Description

can not access hplip-3.17.6.run file to be able to use out HP c4280 photosmart scanner/printer in scan mode. Getit shows "There was a problem opening the file "/home/e/Downloads/hplip-3.17.6.run". The file you opened has some invalid characters. If you continue editing this file you could corrupt this document."
