The playback screen stops and turns grey when play a online video.

1) The release of Ubuntu you are using, via 'lsb_release -rd' -> Ubuntu 14.04

2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy pkgname' or by checking in Software Center

3) What you expected to happen
The playback screen should not stop.

4) What happened instead
Play a online video,after a while,the playback screen stops and turns grey,click close button in the left corner of the window,it shows "The window is not responding".

1.Install Ubuntu 14.04
2.Play a online video;
3.After a while,the playback screen stops and turns grey.=>Issue
