Bug Description
When the pgsql backend is set up to connect to a database without write access, pdns fails to start, trying to run some update queries.
Using 4.0.3 as packaged by upstream fixes the problem (pdns properly serves records from a read-only replica).
The issue exists in 4.0.0-alpha2, as packaged in xenial
