Bug Description

Select and try to remove a page from PDF. It seems to work but then the page appears below (as I scroll down) and it becomes apparent I've removed a different page and the offending page is still in the file.

I have come across this bug today, on Ubuntu 12.04 up to date, and PDFmod 0.9.1.

I exported a Impress presentation from LibreOffice in PDF format, then opened it with PDFmod. As I just wanted 1 of the slides, I selected all the other ones and clicked the remove button. I was left with only the first slide of the presentation, which I had selected. The only slide I hadn't selected (the one that I wanted to keep) was deleted.

Just FYI—in my experience although PDF Mod shows the wrong pages after deletion, it actually has deleted the correct pages, which you can check by saving the file and then reopening it.

This was one of the best apps going. What happened?

If you select pages for deleting, before you have made deletion of any page(s), then PDFmod will delete just them (=correct deletion), but PDFmod will display in its interface as remaining pages mixture of wrong pages and if you save this you will get the correct file.

I'm affected by the same bug. I saved them, and the file shows the wrong pages, too.
