Bug Description

Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS
pdfmod 0.9.1-5ubuntu1

There should be a possibility to rearrange the internal page numbering of a PDF.
For example you split a document with different chapters into a file per chapter. The new files should preserve the original page numbering or there should be a possibility to renumber the pages (example chapter 2 page 33-67). This could be done in 'Properties'.

Such an option would also give the users a possibility to set the original pages in PDF from scanned books.

The Reference for pdfmarks is found under: http://partners.adobe.com/public/developer/en/acrobat/sdk/pdf/pdf_creation_apis_and_specs/pdfmarkReference.pdf

On http://askubuntu.com/questions/32048/renumber-pages-of-a-pdf/65894#65894 there is an example how to renumber a document with ghostscript.
