Bug Description

After upgrading the system to Ubuntu 13.10, the pcsx program shows serious video problems : a few frames are correctly displayed but most of them are black or blue, this does not affect the sound or the controls, at least for the latest version. (1.9.92-4)

All packages are up to date (xorg 1:7.7+1ubuntu6) ; this might be a YUV problem.

I will be providing all the necessary informations when instructed to.
