[needs-packaging] pcsxr 1.9.93

After 3 years of development, the pcsxr team released a new stable version of their psx emulator.
So dear maintainer, please upgrade the package.

This package should be upgraded in Ubuntu Trusty. Current version crush when i select a bin-image to play.

I don't create new bug-report just because new version of package might help resolve this problem - current version, as i can see, is 3-year old...

I changed back to confirmed because :

1 - The PCSXR version is still the old 1.9.92
2 - The user that changed to "Fix Realeased" isn't a package maintainer to change the status of the bug.

This bug was fixed in the package pcsxr - 1.9.94-2

pcsxr (1.9.94-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Add patch to fix FTBFS on non-Linux architectures.
  * Add patch to remove use of __DATE__ to make the build reproducible.
