Bug is in package pcscd, but form field above gives error 'pcscd does not exist in Ubuntu' !

Fix:
Add definition of PCSCD_ARGS="" to /etc/default/pcscd:

Existing /etc/default/pcscd is an empty file

New /etc/default/pcscd with line added:

PCSCD_ARGS=

This is fixed upstream in version 2.3.1 of pcsc-lite with a default /etc/default/pcscd
