Error when renaming the file if leave the same name

Bug Description

Open pcmanfm.
Right click on any file.
Choose "Rename" in the context menu
Click "ok"

Error message shows "Target file exists". Should not shows any error messages because this is the same file

I think the error message is 100% correct. It is letting you know that the 'Target File Exists', it does not need to check "WHY" the target file exists, just that it does.

This is an usability problem. Even if it's a proper error (maybe to log), the error message should not be shown to the regular user in that case.
