Yellow band missing when root window open

Bug Description

When 'Open current folder as root' is activated there used to be a yellow band on the window, this has disappeared. It served as a useful visual warning that you're working as root.

Yellow Root indication address bar still missing in latest pcmanfm 0.9.10-0ubuntu2~ppa1.

Same with Lubuntu 13.04 and PCManFM 1.1.0.
