pcmanfm should ask for a reboot/logout on upgrade when it's launched with --desktop

Binary package hint: pcmanfm

When pcmanfm is currently running with --desktop, an upgrade should ask for a reboot, or at least a logout, because it's often not safe to keep pcmanfm updated and running, with an update of libfm, menu-cache, or pcmanfm.
We can use https://wiki.ubuntu.com/InteractiveUpgradeHooks. More simple is to simply call /usr/share/update-notifier/notify-reboot-required . More complex is to create our update-notifier config to ask the user to logout.
