Moving desktop file from "System Tools" to Accessories

Bug Description

I'm using Ubuntu 14.10 dev with pcmanfm 1.2.1-1 and the desktop file does show up in the "System Tools" category but I think pcmanfm would be better preserved in the Accessories category.

Pcmanfm shows in both acessories and system tools in the lubuntu sesstion but not in an upstream lxde session.
