Bug Description

Description: Ubuntu 13.10
Release: 13.10
Version: pcmanfm 1.1.2-0ubuntu1

Often when I connect and configure an HD TV on the RGB port the icons on the first display disappear; sometimes they appear on the second display (the TV) in a new order. The icons reappear only after a full reboot.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and improve Ubuntu. Since Ubuntu 13.10 is no longer supported, I will need to mark this bug as incomplete. Does this behavior still occur on a currently supported version of Ubuntu? (12.04, 14.04, 14.10?) If so, would you please submit your updated information? And would you please clarify - are the icons your referring to within PCManFM (the file manager) or on the homescreen of your Ubuntu desktop? Do you know what desktop environment you are using (Unity, LXDE?) If you are no longer experiencing this behavior, this bug will expire in 60 days.
