Desktop management wallpaper tile instead of stretch

Bug Description
Hi! There is a problem displaying the selected wallpaper setting. Instead of stretching the wallpaper picture, desktop management chooses to tile the background picture. When I kill PCManFM in LXTask, the desktop restarts and the picture is stretched.
