Bug Description

In PCManFM, when I right click on archived files (zip, tar.gz,...) and choose "Extract here" to uncompress the file in the current folder, nothing happens, the file is not uncompressed at all. But if I use "Extract to", everything works like usual.

It happens to me just installing Lubuntu 12.10 without installing any upgrade, with the default installation package of all the programs. So you install ubuntu 12.10 and you have this problem from the beginning.

It also happens to me after the upgrade from 12.04 to 12.10, both 32 and 64 bit.

The simple patch i wrote in attachment.

This is the amd64 package: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1692793/file-roller_3.6.1.1-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb

Thanks, this patch is applied on the next program review? While we wait it we can install this .deb, no? And the x32 package please? I'm new on launchpad consider it.

I can't download 32 bit package Andrea, I understand if this patch works ubuntu-reviewers team will add it to a new review of file-roller no? Nowadays, although "extract to" works ok I received another error too, so another error stay active yet. It needs more debug. Thanks Andrea.
