breeze icons set to monochrome on 48x48

On Groovy, when the icon set is breeze (or breeze-dark) and the big icon size is set to 48x48 on the desktop or using edit -> preferences -> display, the monochrome icons are used. This doesn't happen on 32x32 or 64x64.

There is literally no folded for 48 icons the mimetype context. Didn't check others, but that seems like an oversight.

I could not reproduce this for the 48x48 size icons. The only one that showed up as monochrome was the very tiny. Could you please see if this is still an issue with a supported release.
