"Sound Settings..." does not open pavucontrol

Bug Description

When I select "Sound Settings..." from the tray sound icon, pavucontrol (2.0-3) does not open. It used to work, but after the upgrade to 15.04, nothing happens. I can still run pavucontrol from the command line, but it is rather annoying.
