PulseAudio-attenuator is *not* under "System Settings" but "Multimedia"

Bug Description

I was looking for the Volume and other sound options but could not find it in the system settings.
A search under System Settings for "sound", "audio" or something lead to nothing.

The Multimedia is in IMO the wrong category and should be shifted into Settings.
