Bug Description
pavucontrol does not have pulseaudio as a dependency so it's possible to install pavucontrol without having pulseaudio.
If pulseaudio is not install and pavucontrol is selected, pavucontrol goes ahead and installs without adding pulseaudio. That's kind of pointless. What should happen when pavucontrol is installed is that it should check for pulseaudio and if that is not installed add that to the list and install it too.
