Bug Description

I am testing the pastebin using a command line using pastebinit -b http://paste.ubuntu.com and suddenly it said about unknown website, when the protocol on () is wrote as an example: (http://)paste.ubuntu.com.

It worked when I do not put such protocols.

Expected to do:

1. It should recognize the website as paste website, even when we put http://(Any pasting website)
2. It should paste it on such websites

Actually,:

1. Unknown website when we put http://(Any pasting website)
2. It does not paste anything
