* Resynchronise with Debian. Remaining changes:
- Use UUID= fstab syntax for all partitions if a UUID is available, and
add a comment above each UUID to indicate the corresponding device at
install time.
- Disable automatic mounting of USB removable devices.
- Don't use UUIDs in fstab for those device types that volumeid.postinst
refuses to convert.

* Create /var/lock and /var/run on the root filesystem before /var is
mounted, so that they can be mounted as tmpfses as in Ubuntu
(https://launchpad.net/bugs/44142).
* We don't need to call update_partition if the user backs up from
selecting a method.
* Move sanity-checking scripts from finish.d to check.d. Requires
partman-base 106.
