installer: no option to rename existing VG

Bug Description

The installer allows me to create/delete/extend or reduce VGs, but there's no option to rename an VG.

Going back (to get out of the partition manager), manually renaming the VG and re-entering the partition manager (including the LVM configuration step) doesn't work (doesn't prompt me about existing VG and does not show the LVs in the partition list.

Neither does preseeding the value 'partman-lvm/vgcreate_name' do anything.

oops, it's 'partman-auto-lvm/new_vg_name' that should work :)

No idea, I've stopped using Ubuntu on real hosts (only VMs for testing now) so I haven't tried the LVM support in the installer for a long time.

We have not added this option.
