Incorrect volume group count

Bug Description

Unfortunately, my somewhat outdated notes don't say when this occurred, but at
some point the install system told me that I had two volume groups; I think it
was in the "current status" display of the partitioner. In actual fact, I had
one volume group with two logical volumes in it; perhaps the number of logical
volumes is being confused with the number of volume groups.
