This bug was fixed in the package partman-efi - 25ubuntu1.2

partman-efi (25ubuntu1.2) precise; urgency=low

  * Pass "-s 1" to mkdosfs if the logical sector size is not equal to 512
    bytes, since mkdosfs has trouble with cluster calculations otherwise
    (LP: #1065281).
