Partman + ext4 freezes upon installation (jaunty beta server edition)

Installation fails.

Installation options : select *French* langage, F4 -> minimal server
Manual partitioning selected.

Try to create an ext4 FS on existing partition.
Params = format partition, mount it as /boot

When selecting 'done with this partition', partman restarts and everything freezes.
Only way to restart is power switch or Ctrl-Alt-Supr that immediately reboots.
No visible error message.

Can be reproduced.
Freezes also if I remove all existing partitions first and recreate new ones.
Freezes as well if another mounting point is specified.

CD ROM has been checked (and is OK).

If I select ext3 FS, not problem at all, and installation proceeds smoothly (I didn't try other FS than ext4 and ext3).

And last but not least, if I select English as a langage, then I *can* create ext4 partitions without any trouble... and proceed.

Not sure it comes from partman, but since it freezes when it is used...
