Bug Description
Binary package hint: partman-base
using an SD card as live install media the partitioner in ubiquity offers (and defaults to) /dev/mmcblk0 as target install device ... since my live session is running from this device this is indeed a bad idea ... partman should not show the source device it is running from

The filtering code doesn't handle /dev/mmcblk*. This code was borrowed from grub-installer which has a similar problem.
