end_request message looping message after install

Bug Description
Binary package hint: partman-auto
When install is completed I get a repeating message on the screen:
[1814.5xxxxx] end_request: I/O error, dev sr0, sector 465xxx
where the "x"'s are different numbers.
After resetting (reset button) the machine I was able to verify a good install.
