2016-04-21 07:03:17 patrick_g description Binary package hint: base-installer My laptop his a centrino Core 2 Duo with 2 GB RAM and 160 GB hard disk. When i install Ubuntu Gutsy Tribe 5 (with default options) the installer create an insanely large swap partition (6 GB !!!!!) I think the default install should create a sane default swap partition and not a huge one like this because it's a lot of space lost for the user. Perhaps 2 GB max size ?
