When an MKV contrains subtitles, Parole ignores subtitle settings and always displays them

When I play back MKV files that have subtitles Parole always displays the subtitles, regardless of subtitles settings.

This is fixed in parole 0.3 available in quantal, probably thanks to the transition to playbin2.
