Binary package hint: paris-traceroute

I'm unable to run paris-traceroute. Here is an output:

I'm running paris-traceroute 0.92-dev-2 on Ubuntu 9.04

The problem remains the same since 2009. I'm able to reproduce it equally on Ubuntu 15.10. Any chance of getting this fixed, guys?

In my case the output is slightly different:
