Bug Description

/usr/bin/vtkkwProcessXML should be included in paraview-dev (which currently contains a manpage for "kwProcessXML" but no binary)

I have fixed this bug cause the lack of some files. You can have a look at "https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/paraview/+bug/1341920".
