The issue is triggered by papirus-colors. Unfortunately this package is not originated from Ubuntu. Compatibility issues triggered by external packages are not supported. Please contact the papirus-colors author for support.

Just realized that papirus-colors is present in Ubuntu since Lunar. Reassigning the issue there.
