I tried to install Quassel irc client:

I have solved this by running
sudo apt-get -y install libpam-modules-bin

and then retrying first command

Ok, glad you were able to resolve the problem. The logs attached to the bug report suggest this problem was caused by an interruption of a previous upgrade. Since we don't know what caused that interruption, there's nothing further we can do for this bug report; closing as invalid.
