/etc/security/namespace.init always fails with default /bin/sh

Bug Description

Ubuntu 15.04 uses dash as its default /bin/sh. dash does not support the -p option wihch is used by /etc/security/namespace.init. As a result any attempt to use pam_namespace fails:

# su iws
/bin/sh: 0: Illegal option -p
