Bug Description

The package doesn't provide a config file in /usr/share/pam-configs/ in order to allow pam-auth-update to enable it automatically. It should.

If I understand madduck correctly (http://madduck.net/blog/2010.01.28:adopted-passwdqc/), this should be fixed in 1.1.4 - although it did not show up in my "apt-cache madison libpam-passwdqc" until now.
