Bug Description

Hi,

this package FTBFS:
Package locales-all is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package locales-all has no installation candidate
apt-get failed.
Package installation failed
Trying to reinstall removed packages:
Trying to uninstall newly installed packages:
Source-dependencies not satisfied; skipping padre

locales-all does not exist in Ubuntu (but it does in Debian), so this dependency should be changed.
