gpk-repo has no way to add additional repos it doesn't already know about such as PPAs

Bug Description

Binary package hint: packagekit-gnome

Currently the interface for gpk-repo can only enable repos it already knows about, this makes it impractical to add a separate source such as a PPA. Additionally adding gpg keys for this is tricky. Perhaps investigating the approach taking by distributions like Fedora where every additional repo comes with a package file to describe it along with a url for the gpg key which is then confirmed upon installation would be an option.

packagekit-gnome-0.3.13-0ubuntu1.amd64

Running on jaunty

Yes, gpk-repo still appears to have no ability to add a repo in Natty (pk 0.6.2)
