Bug Description

Binary package hint: oxygen-cursor-theme

kubuntu-desktop depends on kdebase-workspace-bin/data which contains Oxygen white cursor theme but recommends oxygen-cursor-theme as well. This results in 2 oxygen white cursor themes installed of which only the one in kdebase-workspace-data is usable (/usr/share/icons/Oxygen_White/). The one in oxygen-cursor-theme (/usr/share/icons/oxy-white/) has a bug which renders only the rotating dots when hovering the titlebar of a busy application. This makes pointing at the titlebar very difficult, since the rotating dots are not rotating around the 'hot' point of the cursor.

Packages: kde 4.1.85 (kubuntu-experimental beta packages) on Intrepid.
