owncloud-client seems to be not packaged for groovy.

Thanks for the hint. Using the upstream packages https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/isv:/ownCloud:/desktop/ could be an alternative, but unfortunately there are no 20.10 packages yet and these for 20.04 don't work on 20.10 due to dependency issues.
